Funding

Please note that all applications must be submitted 6 months before the course start date.

French students and foreign students who have lived in France for at least 2 years are eligible for grants offered by the CROUS: http://www.cnous.fr/

For foreign students:

- Students should first check with their University of origin if a partnership already exists with the University of Paris XI.

- Students can apply for scholarships sponsored by the French government called "dossier de bourse du gouvernement français" at the cultural services office of the French embassy in their country of origin. These applications should be made 6 months before the course start date. Although it is possible to submit the application at a later time, this will delay the start date of funding. Holders of this award will be exempt from paying tuition fees and social security charges.

- The University of Paris XI also offers scholarships to foreign students through its department of International Relations. These applications are due at the end of March.
