Scientists use Epernicus to search efficiently for expertise and tools needed to advance their research. Epernicus also allows researchers to learn about each other, share their interests and accomplishments, stay up to date on developments with their peers, and engage in rich conversations around publications, techniques, and topics. For the Epernicus alpha site, membership is on an invitation-only basis. In the future, we plan to open our platform to all researchers, including members of universities, government researchers, private sector scientists, and individual investigators.
